Credit Union Conferences, a firm dedicated to educating credit union leaders nationwide, is launching a new webinar series. Like many businesses it has been impacted by bans on traveling and gathering – but its dedication to, and support for education remains. This webinar series allows for continued eduction for credit union staff and volunteers alike.
I’ll be participating in next week’s live webinar, scheduled for Thursday, April 23 at 2PM Eastern. Hope you’ll join me for Thursday’s program, described below, and also participate in the many of the other programs that CU Conferences will be adding over the coming weeks.
Planning in a New Paradigm
There are three planning exercises that, while old school, are extremely valuable given the rapidly evolving, uncertain world we find ourselves facing today. These tools, known by the acronyms PEST, SWOT, and VRIO, combine to offer a solid planning construct for consideration of future risks and response.
During this Webinar, Glatt Consulting’s Tom Glatt, Jr. will provide an overview of each of these tools, and offer guidance to credit union board and management team members on how to deploy them for effective planning in today’s disconnected environment.
